24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment except for reasons related to injury, accidents, or death.

This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in 100% of the cost of services you are reserved for.

Payment

payment is due in full prior to receipt of products and/or services. Appointment times are not secured until payment is received.​

No Show

In order to respect the time, if an appointment is a no-show you will be subject to a no-show fee of $50.

 

Late

Please be courteous.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for the cost of services that you were scheduled for.

Your request will be scheduled based on availability. Your appointment time IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Intuitive Science and Spiritual Healing.
